Friday, April 10, 2015 - Open three hours now. This is a substantive wine which should be given several more years to shed its tannins. Still deep purple. Cassis nose. Cassis jam midpalate. Parching tannins in the back. Oak is apparent, not in a bad way. The midpalate is elegant and Bordeaux-like. Nice wine. I'll wait 4 years for my next and last bottle. Or should I wait six? I'm posting a picture of my bottle-whitish label.
