Thursday, April 26, 2012 - Lignier-Michelot @ 28-50 (28-50, London): Very silky and poised and polished (in a non-confected sense). Refined and classy. Fine grained, silky, dark red fruit. Long. A touch hot as it warms up but a class act. ****1/2
