Thursday, January 12, 2012 - Munskänkarna, Brussels (Brussels): Deeply golden color.
Oxidized, reminiscent of mature champagne aromas, caramel fudge, mushroom.
On the palate it surprises by not being so far gone as the nose would suggest. Full bodied, very good acidity and still fresh fruit. My favorite of the whites this evening.
