Tuesday, October 9, 2007 - salt air on the nose, with some lemon. firmer mouth feel than the 05, more viscous. this is bracing stuff - nice acidity, good ripe fruit, intense minerals. great with seafood, nice on its own too, if you're a muscadet fan.
