Friday, May 8, 2015 - Quality Chop House (Quality Chop House): Blind. Despite having drunk this six weeks ago, I don't recognise this. Pretty similar note though. Tight, dark red fruited. A good dose of dry extract. Chewy. Quite long and promising. Needs five to ten years. ****
