Saturday, January 5, 2019 - Winorama: A winter in Wineland III; 1/4/2019-1/13/2019 (Portland/Willamette, Eureka, Napa): When we were in Piedmont a few months ago this was one of my favorite producers and since then have been seeking out more chances to try the wines. I would say this was a good version although not quite at the same level as some of the others we've had. It's got that nice blend of acidity and slightly unripe red fruit (less cherry here, more red currant style). Some spices. A very good wine.
