Saturday, January 28, 2023 - Concentrated dark fruit with notes of cedar box, oak and tobacco. Absolutely needs at least a two hour decant to have the fruit and blackcurrants become more expressive. Interestingly, even after a two hour decant the wine became even better as it reached room temperature and had another hour plus in the decanter. Quite good for this vintage.
