Saturday, September 23, 2023 - Autunm hue with copper borders. Oxydised notes of dried orange, whalnuts, cumin spice, and strong scotch whiskey. Strong ending on heat and dry chalk. Ouch! Pairing is really difficult for a naive palate as mine. Dark criollo chocolate with almonds is a good try.
