Tuesday, August 11, 2020 - After yesterday’s oxidised bottle, decided to open another one. Again flawed, cauliflower and dusty old cellar with a little beeswax. The taste ain’t as bad as yesterday but not a pleasure either. Good this was my last bottle. They were all kept in a Liebherr winefridge at 13C. 2 years ago we had a 2001 that was just brilliant. I guess 2007 ain’t doing it. Or they were miskept the time before I acquired them.
