Wednesday, January 27, 2010 - Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux 2007 Tasting (The Annex - Hollywood & Highland): A very subtle and attractive bouquet of white flowers such as honeysuckle, pear, and honeydew. Exceptionally sweet and spicy on the palate with flavors of pineapple and apple pie through the long finish. This is solid in a sweet glossy style that is very attractive if a bit over exuberant.
