Monday, May 24, 2010 - Pale yellow. Explosive nose of honey, peaches and pineapple. This tastes lush and decadent, full of candied peaches and tropical fruits. Very sweet, but not flabby, there's underlying acidity and nice botrytis on the finish. Absolutely delicious, but slightly less my style than the '07 Vedrines, which has more acid and less sugar.
