Sunday, April 15, 2012 - Absolutely wonderful. My biggest bone with Sauternes is that they're so often cloying and sweet, and I struggle to want to finish my glass. This had such great acidity and lift it was a pleasure to drink, and was even (dare I say) refreshing.
