Thursday, October 29, 2015 - An elegant & balanced Sauternes... Surprising how good this is at this age. Light on its feet, honey coated apricots laced with crushed quartz rock. Great nose and elegant finish. Not syrupy and extracted like some of the Barsac botrytis whites.
