Sunday, June 9, 2019 - A: Gold->Brass
N: Burnt/Brown Sugar. Strong Botrytis character
P: Quince, Mandarin Incredible plush mid palate. Dense non-sweet finish. Not particularly lifted/acidic, but not cloying either. The whole is very integrated.
