Friday, December 25, 2015 - Pure class. Loads of typicity. Uncorked 3-4 hours in advanced and served directly from bottle. Very, very funky initially, but the funk blew off quickly and the wine continued to open up and improve over the course of the meal. Tastes like 30 year old Barbaresco, which, after all, is exactly what it is. Drink over next 5 years.
