Saturday, April 28, 2012 - I've been veering away from Central Coast syrah as of late but this was a nice surprise. Ripe berries and pepper on the nose. Balanced on the palate but still showing firm structure with flavors of pure red and black berries and wet earth. Medium finish. All the components meld together nicely to make a warm climate syrah with some character.
