Saturday, June 2, 2012 - Portland, OR: Blind and Double Blind-American Wines, June 2, 2012; 6/2/2012-6/3/2012: Slightly brick red in color, good clarity. Initial prominent brett funk and barnyard aromas. After 10 minutes basalt, cherry and strawberries started to show on the nose. Ripe sweet berry, black pepper, crushed rock, herbal and a bit of heat on the palate. Medium bodied with a long grassy finish.

#2 wine of the group (Double Blind for 4 in the group)
My Ranking: #3 (Single Blind)
