Thursday, June 9, 2011 - Riesling Tasting (Trondheim, Norway): Quite closed, some honey, some green; fine balance, fresh, bit a bit too weak from the midpoint of the taste curve and beyond. Long and elegant aftertaste though. Development ahead.
