Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Disgorged June 2023 and been on lees for 10 to 12.5 years! 100% Pinot Noir from Bouzy. Exceptionally fresh. Nose of bruised apples, almonds, brioche. Slightly oxidative. Palate is lively and long with similar notes to the nose. Really fine mousse. So balanced with tertiary and primary characteristics. Reminds a little of an aged bottle of Krug. Worth seeking out IMHO.
