Friday, June 7, 2019 - Medium lemon in the glass. Showing a moderate intensity of aromas - chamomile, green apple, pear, melon, pineapple and lychee. Some MLF and lees contact. Tightly knit on the palate with great intensity of flavors that are further highlighted by the crisp, refreshing acid. Medium (+) length. Approachable now, but will definitely develop further with this structure.
