Wednesday, May 21, 2008 - A smoothe, elegant C-D-P. Does not have the power of many modern C-D-P's but makes up for it with balance. Med-bodied with low acid and med - tannins. Med intense red fruits with a distinct lingering cinnamon and red pepper spice. Has excellent food pairing potential.
