Wednesday, July 2, 2008 - The best of 3 bottles ... this showed 3 distinct layers of flavor. It started with spice and cedar and then coated the palate with deep dk. cherry licquer and bitter chocolate, then finished with dark mineral and eucalyptus. The finish held strong and lush. Impressive.
