Wednesday, February 14, 2024 - Decanted for about an hour before serving - this wine still has about 2-3 years left in it for my palate as there is a slight bit of old gym socks on the nose, but the fruit is still there. Maybe not as it once was, but it is still a very enjoyable wine that we paired with lamb chops on Valentine's Day! There are still dark fruit notes as well as some blackberry on the nose. An overall pleasurable wine with a little bit of life left, but make sure to drink up soon!
