Friday, February 19, 2010 - I couldn't agree more with the previous note from robertek. This wine is really coming into its own. A year or so go, tasted all tough tannins, with a bizarre overriding perfume of stewed tomatoes. Now, decidedly delicious. In the first hour a veritable cornucopia of unfolding perfumes and flavours, among them roasted arabica coffee, pencil shavings, burnt toast, sweet licorice, black currant. Fabulous - and real value for money. This was less than a tenner (£s) a bottle when originally bought (about 4 years ago).
