Sunday, August 27, 2023 - Medium ruby with a touch of garnet around the edges. A nose of pronounced dark cherry with damp turned earth. Wonderful. A youthful freshness keeps my nose in the glass. Medium sweetness with medium plus acidity. The tannins are soft and resolved. Lovely complexity with a weightless quality that makes it so easy to drink. My last bottle. This will last longer for sure.
