Friday, April 24, 2015 - Jerk Chicken @ Salil's (Vernon, CT): Deep yellow in color, with notes of hay, peaches and petrol. A bit more advanced, flavor wise than I would expect from the vintage, but... true to the vintage, this had beautiful acids, piercing and precise. Lengthy finish, with a nice slatey streak running through it. Tangy, lip-pursing and cut. Not sure if I would age this more, as the palate seemed evolved, but the acids sure seem like it would act to preserve this wine.
