Thursday, March 14, 2024 - Slow Od for an hour and a half; decanted for three. As good as ever; will not improve. Rich, dark, thick purple-red. Barossa does this style very well. Slightly reminiscent of root beer in its complex sweetness, though more layered and interesting. Not subtle, packed with fruit, evoking dark chocolate (without actually being chocolatey.) My last of six, and the final Australian in my cellar.
