Wednesday, January 3, 2024 - Pale, bricking, garnet colour. Aromatic, dried berry, fig, leather, caramel, and cocoa nose with a mineral note. Medium-sweet, warming palate with alive acidity and evolved sweet, dried fruit flavours; hints at more earthy mineral on the finish.
