Friday, April 9, 2021 - PNP into 薄はり葡萄酒器 (“Flower” day): Medium golden to the eyes.

Reduction with cool breeze, saline that one can nose, very nutty. Yeast and biscuits.

Superb acidity well supported by concentrated mature fruits. Powerful indeed on palate.

94 points.

Second round: white florals, more citrus peels, more forward than depth.
