Friday, July 8, 2005 - Purchased in February from America's Wine Shop for $60. Opened 2 hours before drinking, but not decanted. The most elegant KK on the table, but also possessed some charming rusticity with leather and grilled meat notes. Intense currant fruit that, with air, developed into a long and seductive wave of savory flavor. Still enough tannin to age for another 5 years, but delicious now.
