Friday, October 18, 2013 - Upon opening this has a great maturing citrus nose and it shows a lot of acidity -- incredible how these 2007s can remain backward. An hour later: a brilliant medium-bodied riesling (12.5 %) that seemed to become more and more youthful with time. "Jede Stunde, die hingeht, wird jünger", as Rilke says. Great stuff.
