Thursday, April 25, 2024 - DSG 10/2023. Grapes from Mareuil, Oiry and Chouilly mainly.

Tasty champagne, lemon zest and wet stone. Tracing but not boring, surprisingly supple for a recent disgorgement, it’s a nice introduction.
