Monday, May 26, 2014 - Again, a totally soaked cork with black scruff on top of the cork - must have leaked, suffered some poor storage, or just a poor cork. Honeyed pineapple nose. Tertiaries abound - Lipton tea, limeade, bitter peach pit atop a waxy, decently acidic, yellow tropical fruit profile. Completely dry, yet still fruit laden and spicy, very long finish. Losing some of its vibrancy and fading after about 30 minutes in glass. Beautiful, drink now.
Next day - rebounding and very solidly brilliant. A gem.
