Friday, February 10, 2023 - Tasted with NMMNORI. Don’t entirely agree with his assessment. Relatively little fruit remaining, but drinks like it should at 40. Sous bois and tea (Nori is correct from time to time), with the ethereal, intense je ne sais quoi native to this wine and only a handful of others. An absolute delight - the last sip far better than the first.
