Monday, August 14, 2023 - Killer aged chablis with bruised apple, marly chalk, heady chablis character, concentrated, super long tingly finish, super delish but on the mature side for this tasting. I gave this "94+" and thus was my WOTN, which happened to be my wine. Tied for #1/13 with Dauvissat Les Clos '16, which was my #2 fav. DD, Capital Seafood BH
