Sunday, January 23, 2022 - Decanted through a coffee filter for 4 hours with heavy, fine sediment removed.

Still lots of life left in this. Was a hot fruit bomb when I drank my other bottle 8 years ago, and remains the same today. It’s got some interesting stuff going on, but hard to detect through all the fumes it throws off. Still, an excellent wine near its peak, reminiscent of an SQN Syrah in some ways.
