Friday, December 18, 2020 - This is at the perfect stage of evolution with a combination of youthful black cherry fruit that contrasts against the more aged elements of tobacco, leather and fig. The classic anise laced herbs seen in Tuscany add a beautiful fragrance. The complexity is impressive with minerals and chalk adding additional layers. I think this is an outstanding wine and if you have it, drink now.
