Sunday, June 13, 2021 - Honey, nectar, tropical, resin, melon, apricot, saffron. Very good acidity, and long taste. Wish I hade more!
With grilled chicken marinated in garlic, lime, pepper, chili. Reminds me of Sautern.
I think it peaks now.
