  Finished the Coravin bottle. Close to Sautern, really mature, sediment and high density.
  Great with asian food. Should get som more to cellar. A surprise the improved and could be on hold for 15 years.

  Honey, nectar, tropical, resin, melon, apricot, saffron. Very good acidity, and long taste. Wish I hade more!
  With grilled chicken marinated in garlic, lime, pepper, chili. Reminds me of Sautern.
  I think it peaks now.
