Monday, May 25, 2015 - Yellowish colour now. Yellow & red apple nose, with some exotic fruit, pear and sherbert as well. Develops a minor, custard-like character. The palate is very intense, with the peach and red apple flavours having a very good length. There is more weight here than last time. Plenty of spritzig. Despite the almost saline finish, there is a lot more sweetness which weaves in and out on the front and the middle palates, than I expected. This should blossom in a couple of years, as the sugars evolve. Fine kabinett.
