Sunday, January 30, 2011 - Very good Crozes-hermitage. Wine has evolved now into a supple, elegant wine. Syrah is showing secondary characteristics of leather, dried plums, tart black cherries, and muted pepper notes. Tasty indeed and ready to be drunk right now. No time to waste.
