Tuesday, October 19, 2010 - I reached for this when another wine disapointed. Paired with beef & starches. Required some air to round out the tannins, but salvaged a Tuesday evening dinner with the family with its moderately fruitful nose, smoothness on the palette, and an increasingly silkiness (with more time) on the finish. Looking forward to tasting again under better circumstances.
