92 Points

Thursday, November 1, 2012 - Popped and Vinturied into a decanter, then to glasses. Mouth-puckering acidity on first sip, but elegant structure and good strong fruit in evidence. Throughout the next two hours of the meal, the wine evolved very nicely to suck-down-the-last-possible-drop status for all three of us diners. Recommended, but not as a pop 'n' pour: give it the time it deserves to uncoil, and you will be rewarded with a wonderful food wine.
