Friday, May 21, 2021 - Dark garnet colour. Dark fruit, black currant, dark cherry, bell pepper, light chocolate, intense mint, spices, vegetal notes, herbaceous notes, and light balsamic notes, with good acidity, fully resolved tannin, and good length. Medium-bodied, smoothly textured, and harmonious. Very minty. A solid Cabernet. Drink now, and over the next three or four years.
