Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - opaque blackberry color. slightly sweet brambly fruit otn, definitely some earthy aspects---becomes all bittersweet chocolate after some air. explodes with big dark fruit and leaves you with an herbal, savory, minerally finish. completely delicious---wish we had more of these to enjoy. drink up!
