Tuesday, March 22, 2005 - My first bottle of 6. Nose is a bit subdued I did get a bit of tar, but I think it is just coming out of it's shell. Lovely really sweet creamy black fruit caress the palete and washes down into a slightly tannic medium length finish. Was great with my bbq burgers, and promisses to get better with time. This is a very together wine, that has some hints of acidity and angularity that keep the marks down. Try and wait a year, to see some improvement.
