Wednesday, February 11, 2015 - Dinner with JonnyG, again: Chocolate, graphite, cassis, cedar and some green capsicum. Lovely acidity and the flow is fantastic, with texture and depth. Really feels like this is at its peak now. If it had a little more intensity I think I'd love it even more, but it is still wonderful as it is.
