Friday, November 4, 2022 - Paired with a 2007 Mugneret Gibourg Echezeaux. Decanted @ 4:00 this got darker in the decanter and made me quite nervous. A quick taste @ 5:00 allayed my fears. Odd color aside this was a delicious Mersault, good fruit, acidity, texture, balance and lingering finish.
