Friday, May 6, 2011 - Served blind. Lovely light yellow-green color. Pretty nose of oak, minerals, and green apple fruit, with some lurking spice notes. In the mouth, just delicious, with slightly tart, very focused and pure apple fruit, spice notes, loads of minerals, and tangy acidity. Zippy across the tongue, with a juicy finish. A-
