Saturday, August 27, 2011 - Very nice wine with lasagna. Good cherry fruit on the nose and palate. Some smoke adds interest and the merlot adds a little refinement. The upshot is a slightly more elegant wine than you sometimes get with sangio but still a lot of flavor and good structure. Very good to excellent.
